Frequently asked questions
Where does the parents’ money go?
Straight to the club’s bank account. Card payments via Stripe go to the club’s Stripe account; the platform only deducts its fee.
Does a parent pay extra for a card payment?
No. The parent pays exactly the requested amount. The platform fee of 5% incl. VAT is borne by the club and listed on the monthly invoice.
What happens after the trial?
We send a reminder a week before it ends. If you continue, we issue an invoice; otherwise cancel with one click and export your data.
How do AI credits work?
The subscription includes 300 credits per month – enough for dozens of posts. If they run out, buy a package; purchased credits do not expire.
Is children’s data safe?
Each club sees only its own data, a coach only their groups and a parent only their children. GDPR consents are versioned and data can be exported or deleted at any time.
